Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.)

Leaders know that it takes more than technical ability and business savvy to be successful in today’s business environment. The ability to communicate and deal with conflicts effectively is equally if not more important. (You might want to watch this short video to learn if L.E.T. is right for you and your organization. If after you watch it, you want to learn more or even sign up, come on back to this page and let’s get started!)

Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) is the foundation of our People Productivity Process (TM). L.E.T. teaches a concrete, actionable set of tools and skills that reduce conflict in the workplace, increase time on task and measurably reduce the costs of people problems. The People Productivity Process incorporates 360 assessment, coaching and follow-up so that L.E.T. becomes an on-going learning experience, rather than a one-time workshop.

Workshop Description

All L.E.T. Workshops are led by specially-trained and authorized L.E.T. Trainers. Throughout the intensive program, leaders participate in skill-building through lively presentations, role plays, one-on-one coaching, small group discussions and workbook exercises.

If your company prefers a private On-Site Workshop for 8 to 20 participants, we can bring the training experience to your location on dates that are convenient to you. Click here to read about the different delivery options for companies, or email us at: workplace@gordontraining.com for more information.

New dates are always being added so be sure to check the calendar below periodically. Should none of these dates work for you, contact us to learn about how you can have an L.E.T. Workshop delivered at your company to suit your schedule. You can also become a certified L.E.T. trainer!  Check out this short video from a new trainer, Mike, from amazon.com and hear about his training experience.

L.E.T. Workshop Tuition includes the L.E.T. Participant Materials. Tuition: $1,695.00. Click here to download the registration form to fax or email to us.
