Sometimes it can be really hard for teens to figure who they are, to know what’s important to them, to find out what they’re good at, and make plans for their future. It can also be a challenge for them to make friends and keep them, to know what to do or say when they get really mad or scared or when they get teased or bullied. Then there’s the relationship with their parents. They want to get along with them and with their teachers too, but sometimes it’s not very easy to do that.
In Youth Effectiveness Training (Y.E.T.) kids will learn to deal effectively with each one of these areas of their life.
