Leadership Training: What is the Measurable Effect? (Video Blog)

Bill Stinnett, Ph.D. (L.E.T. Master Trainer) gives an example of a very tangible, measurable (and positive!) effect of leadership training. One company that Stinnett has worked with reported an astounding 100 grievances per month from employees before leadership training. After teaching L.E.T. (Leader Effectiveness Training) – which teaches among many other things, Active Listening, I-Messages, Gear-Shifting and Method III Conflict Resolution – this organization was able to not only drop it’s grievances to just ten per year, but the ones that were filed were seen as valid concerns by the managers, rather than just “annoyances.”
