Gordon Training International (GTI) headquartered in Solana Beach, California, is a world-renowned human relations training organization. GTI was founded in 1962 by Dr. Thomas Gordon, a three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee, who is best-known for his Parent Effectiveness Training (PET) and Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) programs.
We offer training, products and services for leaders, parents and teachers around the world (in 43 countries and most recently in Romania) improve all their relationships using the Gordon Model.
About the President of Gordon Training International
Linda Adams is the President and CEO of Gordon Training International (GTI).
Ms. Adams is the author of Be Your Best and Effectiveness Training for Women, books that teach the essential skills for developing personal responsibility and building partnership-relationships. These books have been translated into 13 languages.
She has developed a number of GTI's programs including: Be Your Best, Effectiveness Training for Personal and Professional Development, Effectiveness Training for Women, the Conflict Resolution Workshop for leaders and managers, Be Your Best for university students, and Resolving Conflicts at School for junior high and high school students.
She has been an invited speaker throughout Europe and in Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Madagascar.
Ms. Adams holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from California State University at Los Angeles.
She was the wife and partner of Dr. Thomas Gordon for 35 years. She has one daughter, Michelle Adams, who is the Vice-President of Gordon Training International.
Her personal mission is to make the Gordon Model available in as many countries, cultures and languages as possible.
